A Great Opportunity

We had the honor of hosting Joel Salatin at our house this week.

He has authored over 20 books, he is the co-owner of Polyface Farm, and he is the face of regenerative agriculture.

When you hear Joel speak it’s incredibly clear that he is an expert in his field of regenerative agriculture. He has mountains of information to back up his claims.

On top of that, he has a vast amount of interesting stories to tell. What makes it even better…he holds an amazing talent for storytelling.

It was wonderful to have him here.

Ranch work

I spent quite a lot of time on the tractor this week, which is good. I’m much more comfortable driving the tractor. Plus, it’s actually fun.
